Measuring your fitness is harder then measuring your debt level so here
are my health goals I've set:
1. Quit Smoking
2. Less Beer
3. Lose 2 stone
4. Thin my waist size
6. Grow some abs and flatten tummy
7. Eat healthier diet
8. Less coffee
9. More Sleep
These
healthy goals are going to be a challenge and I'll need to change my mindset
and behaviours to achieve them. For my fitness updates please read my blog entries.
